#8 Brunel House has been lovingly designed to offer a smart, stylish and contemporary accommodation in the very centre of Great Malvern yet in a peaceful setting. Portland Road is a quiet spot behind the library shhh! There is very little traffic and you might be forgiven for thinking you are in a remote part of the hills, whereas you are in the heart of it all.

Just yards from the Malvern Theatre and close to the town centre amenities you will find Waitrose supermarket, gourmet restaurants, bars and cafes, boutique shops and art galleries all within a few minutes' walk. For fitness lovers the Malvern Splash Leisure Centre is within short distance or you can treat yourself to a day of relaxation at one of the Malvern renowned spas. The beautiful Malvern Hills can be easily accessed from town either via Rose Bank Gardens or St Ann's Road onto the Happy Valley. #8 Brunel House is ideally located for the perfect getaway.

The property sleeps max 4 with two bedrooms having Super King beds. These can be separated to create 2 single beds if required. We welcome children over the age of 8 (please enquire on booking). The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self catering needs so you can prepare meals or snacks during your stay or enjoy a Nespresso coffee when you need a pick me up. Freshly laundered linen, towels and toiletries will be provided so you can relax and not worry about packing too much. Free Wi-if and smart TVs in the lounge and in the main bedroom are available.

There's also a handy utility room offering additional storage and housing a washing machine, heated towel rail, iron with an ironing board and a Ninja air fryer. Outside the apartment, there's a private terrace reserved for our guests to enjoy al-fresco relaxation during their stay (weather permitting).

There is a secure free parking for one car (clearly marked for #8). If you have a second vehicle, please park at the Victoria Park Public Pay and Display car park located within view of the apartment, only a short walk down the road.
